Polish-Jewish-German Dialogue in Wrocław

The Foundation Amicus Europae in collaboration with the Bertelsmann Foundation from Germany will organize on the 23-28th of November in Wrocław the conference Polish – Jewish – German Dialogue. The main purpose of this initiative is to is to deepen Polish-Israeli-German relations.
Over 120 participants from Poland, Germany and Israel will participate in that event. These will be alumnae of the German-Israeli Young Leaders Exchange of the Bertelsmann Foundation as well as Polish young leaders.
Our aim is to supply the participants with strategic knowledge about political, economic and cultural processes in Germany, Poland, Israel, Europe and the Middle East. Furthermore, we wish to encourage the formation of a network of young professionals who will in time become the leading personalities of the future.
The meeting venues will include the famous University of Wrocław, the former German Concentration Camp Auschwitz - Birkenau and High Schools in Wrocław. Among the speakres will be Aleksander Kwaśniewski, Shevach Weiss, Klaus Naumann, Andrzej Karkoszka, Konstanty Gebert and many others.
The project is carried out within the The Reconciliation and Education Program of the Amicus Europae Foundation, which is supported by the Foundation Dr. M.W. & Emma Rapaport Gedenkstiftung.
